Our Client are market leaders within the Contractor & Payroll Industry and due to expansion they seek a talented Customer Service Advisor to join their growing ranks

•Looking for a strong customer service advisor, with background working within customer service

•Must have the mindset to always put the customer first and work through queries

•Be able to work to KPI’s i.e. being on the phone for up to 3 hours per day

•The advisor will be the first point of call of clients/contractors calling in the business, must be able to give out a strong level of customer service

•Be a team player, as they have a lot of team incentives, and work a lot interacting all departments

•Have a bubbly and not shy personality to fit within the team and industry

•Have the ability to follow up queries and ensure the contractor receives good service

•Administration skills to follow up notes, and send contractors out any information they have requested.
