About Our Client

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great organisation based in Pontyclun on a part time basis for 6 months as a Customer Service Advisor.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for answering lots of customer care queries regarding new orders, repairs and and deliveries via both telephone and email.

Preferred Skills:

We are looking for someone who has a solid customer service background and great IT skills.

Personal Attributes:

Our successful candidate will be friendly, hard working and always put their Customer's needs first.
