Our client are market leaders within the insurance industry and have a buzzy, smart office close to the town centre. They have openings for several candidates to join their team on a permanent full time basis in a duel role.
Your role will be to work as a customer service advisor dealing with all customers over the phone as well as working as a part of the retention team looking after all current customers and working to retain them all.

Positive and professional, you will take personal responsibility in providing home insurance solutions for our specialist customers and partners, going that extra mile to meet their needs. You will be there to provide outstanding customer service to all and to work on retaining the existing client base.

Some duties will be to:
• Take incoming calls with queries
• Deal with complaints before they escalate to senior management
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions for them
• Keep databases up to date
• Work on retaining the current client base

I am looking for customer service/sales candidates with:
• Strong abilities in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Hands on customer service experience
• Previous experience in either a sales environment and/or contact centre
• Strong English language skills

Key features of the role:
• Monday – Friday (1 Saturday in three)
• The centre is open between 9am – 7pm ( flexible for a variety of shifts is needed)
• 37.5 hours per week
• Permanent
• £16,500 per annum ( Basic)
