Customer Service Adviser

Your new company
A public sector organisation based in the Glasgow. This vacancy has arisen in order to provide customer service support on a temporary basis during a demanding time for the business. This position will start as soon as possible and will be a on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4 weeks with possibility of extension.

Your new role
You will be responsible for receiving high volume inbound customer service calls. While doing this you will be expected to provide excellent customer service while processing information through in house systems. Additionally you will be expected to contact customers via SMS, liaise with service provider's and assist with general scanning, filing and photocopying

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential for applicants to have call centre or customer service experience. You'll have excellent customer service skills as well as great attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative to overcome situations and solve any problems.
