My Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service adviser.

The role requires attention to detail as the successful candidate will be taking orders over the phone and advising clients on products and promotions.

The role is mainly inbound calls, however there would be some outbound calls to be made to existing clients to inform them of current promotions.

The shifts for the role are from 4pm to Midnight 5 nights per week. The rota will include working on a Sunday night and 2 days off will be during the week.
