Contact centre looking for inbound customer service advisers.
Your new role
You will be taking inbound calls from new clients; taking queries, gathering information and building rapport.
You will need to take ownership of any complaints and try to resolve at first point where possible
Successful candidate will be taking detailed notes from customer, understanding their situation and logging the details accurately onto the system.
You will be first point of contact into the business and will need to respond to new and existing client queries and always offer excellent customer service.

Previous experience in a customer focused role for a busy contact centre
