We are looking to recruit a Full Time Customer Service Adviser with a can do attitude to work in our Customer Service Centre at Poulton Le Fylde. This is an excellent opportunity for people looking for a career in Estate Agency, Sales or Customer Service the working week is based on a regular rota working a shift pattern of 5 days over a 7 day week, between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

The role involves:

Inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients

Building rapport over the phone

Hitting and exceeding targets

The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer service or sales environment and will have the following qualities:

Excellent telephone manner

Enthusiastic and positive nature

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to multi-task

Good IT and keyboard skills

Organised with attention to detail
