Customer Service Adviser

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for our Client in Skipton

This is a temp to perm role , working through Reed for the first 12 weeks

It is a full time role, working a shift pattern between 0800 -2000 Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Taking inbound calls (Up to 80 per day)
Calls will be relating to balance transfers, card activation , applications and customer queries
Responding to customer Emails that have been received relating to their account -- either over the phone or by email
Ensuring customer complaints and queries are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner to ensure resolution is met and customer satisfaction remains positive
80%+ on compliance scores are company standard
