Customer Service Adviser - Leicester Centre - Temp to perm - £8.41 p/hour, £17500 p/annum - Start 15th March

A relatively new vibrant company are currently recruiting for Customer Service Adviser's to join on a temporary to permanent basis for immediate start.

Your new role
The role will involve receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers who have expressed an interest in the service the company provide. You will be providing excellent customer service, giving customers the best experience when speaking with you with the goal to sign the customers up to the service. Customer service is at the heart of what the company do and you will not be conducting any cold calling.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and eventually also working 1 in 4 Saturdays. The roles are initially temporary with a view to becoming permanent after a successful probationary period and your permanent salary would be £17500.

What you'll need to succeed
The company are seeking vibrant and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a hard working attitude. The company take a relaxed approach to working hours and targets to move away from the typical call centre environment and so you need to be a self-motivator who can be trusted to work independently. You will need to be confident in conducting outbound calls with an excellent telephone manner. You will also need a good level of IT literacy and able to use an electronic telephone system.
