About the RBS, Williams & Glyn Team
We are a bank focused on driving market leading customer service we can be proud of. Here in Wavertree, we're the voice of our bank; we're communicating with our customers over the phone and via email. We're looking for someone who will treat every customer with the respect and level of service they would if they were serving them face-to-face in a branch. When our customers call they want someone who can empathise and help them reach a resolution.
We need people who are genuinely interested in providing that great level of service to our customers.

What else you'll need to know
Full time, permanent, flexible working hours
Branch opening hours: 7am-11pm with various working patterns
You'll typically be working during standard business working hours, which can include weekends and bank holidays. Your actual working hours will be discussed during interview

Salary package for the role totals £18,144 which consists of £16,200 annual salary and a 12% Benefit package

Hours worked after 8pm will attract an additional shift allowance
