A Housing Association based in Leicester City Centre are currently seeking inbound Customer Service Advisers for immediate start.
Your new role
As an inbound Customer Service Adviser you will be working in a team taking calls from housing tenants dealing with a range of queries and complaints. You will be handling large volume calls, anything up to 100 calls per day and your main targets are to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times and all queries are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements. You will also at times be asked to conduct surveys with customers, completed outbound calls and using the internal database to update customer information.
What you'll need to succeed
The company are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will need experience dealing with customers and handling complaints. You will also need to be IT literate, able to use a range of databases and Microsoft Office.
This is a full time post working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. It is a long term temporary vacancy for up to 12 months and there could be the opportunity to apply for permanent posts.
