What’s THE ROLE?
You’ll be part of an engaged and value driven team who have been tasked with coordinating the deployment of candidates into shifts for a major national REED client. We’re offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, busy environment with regular incentives and fun events.
You’ll be taking inbound calls from the client and candidates, taking note of how many shifts are released by them and then coordinating ready-to-go candidates into their vacancies. This is a fast paced role, you’ll need to move quickly in order to maintain the excellent levels of customer service which are so important to our clients and candidates.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm (rota basis) with shifts required per week of 6am-3.00pm & 1.00pm-10.00pm (average of 2 shifts per week depending on business needs)
*PART TIME EVENING SHIFTS AVAILABLE*
Please also note that due to the nature of the contract, holiday during November and December is strictly prohibited, any holiday will need to be approved by your line manager.
