Working within the Bereavement Centre of Excellence Operational Team. Providing an excellent standard of service to Customer Representative’s, by administering and or processing cases in accordance with agreed Bereavement processes & procedures.

No two days are the same, so you'll need the ability to think on your feet whilst constantly delivering an exceptional level of service. Our Centres are built on the outstanding service provided to our customers and colleagues. We are looking for exceptional people to deliver this service, have excellent attention to detail, and support function for internal departments.

Job title: Customer Service Adviser

Pay: Salary £16000
Hours of work: Contract Type Fixed Term Contract current end date 30th June 2018 but can be extended.
- Working hours Full-Time 9am -5pm- Monday to Friday.
