Your new role
As an adviser, you will provide consistent excellent levels of service to potential and existing customers when dealing with all enquiries. You will also be responsible for tracking consignment deliveries with courier services in addition to ensuring that all customer telephone order entries are dealt with in a secure and timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need past experience working within a Customer service role. You will be a good decision maker, even when under pressure a good negotiator and able to use own initiative and still work in a team.
