Is working as part of a team of 9 in a busy contact centre. Monitoring all incoming call and emails for a specific business unit. Duties will include logging calls allocating to correct team, logging and processing of emails. Providing an excellent customer experience. Full product training given. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long term commitment in this temporary role

- Working between 8.30-5pm No evenings or weekends
