Customer Service Adviser - Syston, Leicester - Temp to perm - £7.50 per hour - Start 5th February 2018

A Manufacturing company based in Syston, Leicestershire are currently seeking a Customer Service Adviser on a full time temporary to permanent basis for immediate start.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Adviser you will be predominately processing customer orders, providing thorough sales care and handling general and order queries. Other duties will include:
- Receiving telephone calls
- Compliant handling
- Quote calculations
- Database management
- Stock ordering and management
- General admin and clerical duties including faxing, scanning, handling documents
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent customer service experience and any experience working within the manufacturing industry would be desired but not essential. You will need to be an out-going and positive individual able to work well in a team of Sales and Customer Service Advisers as well as working to and achieving your own targets.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and innovative company on initially a temporary contract with the view to becoming permanent after a successful probationary period.
