Mortgages Customer Service Advisor - Permanent
About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow, you will take incoming calls from customers relating to past and present mortgages. You will be trained to process customer queries on mortgage applications or mortgage accounts. Providing a service that is simple, personal and fair you will be an ambassador for our client, working alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist customers and also brokers with their queries and offer solutions. Our clients is looking for a confident communicator who is customer driven.
35 average hours per week (Annualised Hours)
Full time equivalent-shift hours between 8am – 7 pm Mon - Fri, Saturday 9am-2pm
5 -6 weeks paid training
