Customer Service Adviser

To provide an efficient and professional service to clients by offering the highest levels of customer service in line with the requirements of the business and the guidelines set by the FCA. To treat customers fairly and offer advice and solutions whenever the need arises. To provide a market leading standard of customer service and Treating Customers Fairly in line with FCA requirements. To maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.

Able to competently advise clients giving clear guidance and explanations. To provide a friendly and helpful service displaying your passion for customer service. Able to adapt to varying levels of business and be able to cope under pressure. Able to adapt to new information quickly and effectively. To process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies. Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments. Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy.

Will possess business and product knowledge. Knowledge of the insurance industry is desirable. GCSE level Maths & English. PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. A driving licence would be an advantage.
