Exchange Street is currently working with an award winning niche product provider in the financial services industry as they look to grow their intermediary division by recruiting an additional customer service adviser to support the business development/post-sales completion team.

You will have responsibility for dealing with inbound calls from brokers (IFAs and mortgage advisers), dealing swiftly with their enquiries and requests. Full training is on offer in relation to products, systems and technology. You will also lead a team of customer service advisers, developing them as individuals and ensuring they have the support they need.

Our client needs someone with excellent communication skills over the telephone and have previous experience within customer service. Attributes such as passion, dedication and professionalism, befitting the quality of the firm, are pre-requisites.
This position pays to £19,000 with on target bonus of another £3,000. The company also offers an excellent benefits package.
