A superb opportunity has arisen within this award winning, market leading organisation for an experience telephone based , customer service specialist to inherit a portfolio of loyal, existing clientèle and focus upon maintaining , developing and maximising those relationships.

You'll ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous relevant experience gained from within the B2B sector
  • Excellent telephone based Account Management and Sales growth experience
  • The ability to handle and process high order volumes resolving any queries quickly and efficiently

This is a strictly non call centre role with no requirement to work shifts and weekends but you will work in a team of focused, driven and highly competent individuals .
