Is a major Financial Services organisation based in Central Manchester
Your new role
You will be providing first class customer service to a range of customers who have financial arrears or simply have forgotten to make a payment. This will involve engaging with customers who may be in a vulnerable position and need specific solutions tailored to their needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous collections or Customer Service within a bank
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to show empathy
- Outbound/inbound call
- Able to work rotational shifts between 8am -8pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays
What you'll get in return
- Excellent hourly rate
- 6 months in duration
