Job Role: Customer Service Administrators x 10 (Temp to Perm)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £18,000

Due to rapid expansion and success our client is looking to recruit x10 Customer Service Administrators looking to progress within a growing business. With offices just a stones throw away from Nottingham City Centre and boasting all of the mod-cons this a great time to join such a thriving business.

Job Description

* Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their utility accounts
* Working in a Call Centre / Contact Centre environment
* Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
* Setting up new customers on to the system
* Switching customers from alternative energy providers
* Discussing various tariffs and options
* Processing customer payments
* Establishing strong customer relationships
* Updating and maintaining databases
* Resolving any billing issues
* Working to KPI's and targets

Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a Customer service position 3 years +
  • Quick learner with great communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate empathy, patience and problem solving skills
