Groomfield Recruitment are recruiting for a market leading client based in West Bromwich. We are on the lookout for 2 x confident, independent, adaptable and flexible candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in Administration and Customer Service. Join a modern, buzzy and fun work place. You must have worked in an office environment as retail-based experience will not be relevant.

Coming from a Business solutions background will be an advantage.

This role is Full Time and Permanent.

Duties Include

  • To observe and obtain the daily operations of the business
  • To complete and return all relevant documentation
  • Promote company products and feed any relevant information back to the sales department
  • To attend training course and meetings as requested
  • To assist in any area deemed necessary by the manager
  • To promote a positive a positive company attitude and encourage staff to maintain a high level of moral and to be respectful to other colleagues
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Data input and updating in house systems

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years office-based experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • IT Proficient
  • To work well individually and within a team
  • Must be punctual

Salary

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • £16,000 per annum & enrolled into the team bonus scheme once completed probationary period
  • 20 days per annum (Will increase overtime up to 25 days)
