Our client, a well-established business in the automotive parts industry, is seeking a Customer Service & Data Entry Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a background in automotive parts or accessories.

?? Key Duties:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Sourcing parts using MAM Software and Partslink
• Investigating and identifying the correct parts for customer needs
• Maintaining accurate data entry and order records

? Candidate Requirements:

• Proficient in MAM Software
• Experience with Partslink and automotive parts sourcing
• Knowledge of motor accessories
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• A personable and friendly approach to customer service
