My client, a recognised leader in their field, is looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their growing office which is based in central Maidenhead. This role is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

What's in it for you?

My client is paying up to £24,000 for this role with an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday, full training and free parking and all of this for working just 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday! This is a hybrid role where you are able to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. 

Do you have the relevant experience?

The successful candidate will 

• Liaise with customers and third parties providing excellent customer service.

• Process enquiries and applications through to approval.

• Advise, guide and steer enquirers through to formal application ensuring expectations are managed and all required information is gathered / due diligence completed.

• Update and maintain customer database.

• Participate in applications/sales campaigns.

• Attend events and represent the company's services.
