My client is an established and award-winning organisation who take pride in delivering the highest levels of care to their customers. They have a fantastic reputation and an enviable training programme for their staff.

This is an exciting opportunity, for a service-oriented Administrator with a 'can do’ attitude to become part of a small Customer Service team.

Main responsibilities;-

  • Dealing with enquiries from clients via telephone or email
  • Providing on-going support to the user community
  • Running/checking reports
  • Maintaining and updating website content
  • General administrative duties

The ideal candidate will be customer focused and highly motivated with the ability to plan and organise a busy workload. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be veryIT savvy. A team player, you will also have an excellent attention to detail and a good standard of education. (GCSE or equivalent in Maths or English essential). This is an office based role.
