Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm.

Netbox Recruitment are working exclusively in partnership with a local manufacturing company to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. Working in an open plan office this is a fast paced and dynamic environment. Joining a friendly and supportive team of three you will have client ownership and will account manage on a daily basis the corporate customer orders, both via email and over the telephone. The company has grown significantly within the that last year and you would be joining the business at a very exciting time.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will have previous administrative experience within an office environment. The role of a Customer Service Administrator will require a confident communicator who can take ownership and work within an autonomous environment. A keen eye for detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

*Receive and process enquiries and orders via a global MRP system

*Account manage and build professional relationships with customers

*Manage stock levels and reporting on delivery schedules based around production plans

*Distribute all customer purchase orders

*Log enquiries in relation to quoted prices and estimated delivery dates

*Raise purchase orders on a bespoke system MRP system

*Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and/or transfer calls as necessary.

*Input and extract data as necessary from company systems (e.g.. Excel/SAGE 200/ Shared Drive).

*Book in and register visitors

Ideal experience required

- Advanced excel skills, pivot tables and Vlookups

- MRP or ERP system experience

- Exposure of manufacturing or production administration

- Fast learner who is a whizz with computer systems

The successful Customer Service Administrator must have a minimum of an GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent
