Customer Service Administrator
Our client is a leading distributer of branded luggage and accessories.
Joining a small team, the role of Customer Service Assistant is office based and has a variety of responsibilities including :
Key Account Management - Providing information regarding orders, repairs, stock, pricing and product updates
Sales Support -Liaising with brand managers and the Sales Director, support
Customer -Speaking with customers about aftercare services, issues and queries
Repairs - Dealing with repairs and faults with products
General tasks - Order processing , stock updates, filing , photocopying, answering phones
PC skills including Word and Excel are essential as is a confident telephone manner and administation skills
