ORP have an opening for an experienced Customer Service professional to join an established company based in Beckenham.

Up to £23,000 | Parking onsite | 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

9am - 5.30pm.

The Role

The main responsibilities for the Customer Service role include:

  • The focal point of contact for customers enquiries
  • Ensuring they receive the expected high level of customer service
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing account clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure a consistent service
  • Ensure customers product orders are processed and fulfilled within agreed time-scales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions via internal database

Personal Skills

  • Have previous experience in a Customer Service office-based role
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Have a proven track record of leadership skills
  • Be experienced in managing relationships
  • Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
