Come and work in a beautiful 19th Century Manor in a picturesque village just outside of Maidenhead. 


Location: Cookham (Commutable from; Maidenhead, Slough, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, and surrounding areas).


Salary: £19,500 per annum rising to £21,000 after 3 months (35 hours a week) 


You will be the first point of contact for all membership queries predominately from students. You will need to ensure you're providing the best customer experience at all times. This is not a call centre environment, you will be working within a tight-knit team who provide support and advice. Full training is provided. 


We are open to the sector that you have worked in previously however you must have strong customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the business, you will be dealing with both inbound and outbound calls as well as Emails.
