Office Angels are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our financial services client in Sale.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Logging details of new customers and updating information
  • Answer customer queries
  • Reporting
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulations
  • Undertake project work as and when required

We are looking for applicants with excellent administrative and customer service experience. You should also have excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new policies and procedures quickly. Experience in financial services would be preferred.

Salary/Benefits

Salary - £19,500

25 days holiday

9am - 5pm
