Your new role
Your job will be to process paperwork and data that comes in to central inbox, making the occasional call to clarify, you will be assisting them to make changes and updates to their investments.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need exceptional customer service experience and we're ideally looking for people who have worked in a shared service centre before. You'll have amazing attention to detail, you'll be passionate about taking responsibility for seeing a task through to successful completion and have first class written and spoken communication skills. My client really likes to hear from people who have worked in the same company for a decent period of time, they aren't keen on those who have moved around too much.
You'll also need to pass a financial background check as part of your application
