Cordant People are recruiting for an exciting temp-permenant opportunity for an administration assistant with customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Support client service team to include CSM, Lead CSR, CSR, and if applicable Mac Operators to ensure quality, timely and knowledgeable customer service is provided to assigned customers and service objectives attained

Mailing, filing, reporting for Client Services

Assists in proofing customer jobs and work instructions to ensure accuracy of data

Feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns

Maintain an accurate record of all completed work

Complies with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certification for all areas of responsibility

Follow all company procedures and rules while maintaining a clean and safe work area

May be required to take on additional tasks and project assignments as determined by Lead Client Service Representative(s) or Client ServicesManager

Requirements:

High school diploma/general education degree (GED) and minimum one year of experience in anadministrative role in customer service, sales, sales support or equivalent administrative environment

Strong customer orientation, good organisational and process-orientated skills

Strong knowledge and use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and accessing and using the Internet as tool and for research

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Security oriented

Reliable through good attendance, punctuality and

work under guidance and instruction from members of the client services team.
