Customer Service Administrator - £8.50 per hour

Your new company
You will be working for an expanding utilities company based in Nottingham Centre, joining their customer service team.

Your new role
You will be working as a customer service administrator, dealing with all general administration duties to support a busy and growing customer service team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 1 years' previous experience in a customer service or administration role and be great at handling customer queries.

What you'll get in return
You will be working on a rotating shift, between 8am - 6pm Monday till Friday, at the weekends the hours will be 9am - 5pm, working 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in the week. You will be paid £8.50 an hour including holiday pay for the first 12 weeks, rising after 12 weeks when the role turns permanent.
