Customer Service Administrator, 3 month contract, Lewes, £9.70 per hour

My client are experts in their field and offer a friendly and supportive environment.

They are currently seeking professional and customer focused individuals to deliver a range of administrative and support services to clients and internal departments.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls 
- Resolving queries
- Accurate recording of case notes and reports
- Appointment setting
- Billing and invoicing

Key skills/experience required:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- PC literate (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Full training will be given on bespoke systems.
