Are you a personable, confident and forward thinking administrator? I am currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join a prestigious company in Telford on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Job Role:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers who have queries / faults with their products.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly.
  • Ensuring the monthly bill run is processed on time and dealing with any issues which may arise.
  • Preparing relevant information for monthly billing.
  • Keeping customers and internal teams up to date.
  • Adding and amending process on customers’ accounts.
  • Raising credit notes as and when required.
  • Adhoc duties as and when required.

Experience/ Requirements:

  • A proven background in Administration is ESSENTIAL.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
  • Being able to multi task and work to strict deadlines.
  • Must have excellent PC skills and attention to detail.
  • Own transport would be preferred.
  • You must be able to work within a busy and challenging environment.

The Package:

  • A fixed term contract for 12 months.
  • An annual salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
  • Working within a large and expanding company.
  • Hours of work 9am - 5:30pm.
  • Free onsite parking.
