Customer Service Administrator

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator to be responsible for the following:-

> Managing sales orders
> Administering all aspects of clients contracts, including setting up, terminations,       rebates, booking deliveries and installations.
> Liaising with couriers and engineers
> Co-ordinating billing
> Dealing with queries
> Processing leasing contracts
> Maintain excel spreadsheets
> Analyse costs/revenues and produce reports

Strong administration and customer service experience is essential, ability to work within a team, but still have ownership for own work.  Good communication both written and spoken.  Ability to work under pressure, good time management skills.  Familiar with MS office
