CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRTAOR
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a fantastic company that prides itself on service and quality.
Key responsibilities as the Customer Service Administrator:
Process orders, contracts and quotation requests
Provide regular contact with key customers and clients regarding order status etc.
Maintain the company database with current information
Arrange distribution transport
Compliance with company policies
Prepare detailed reports and commission statements
Work collaboratively with the Customer Service and Production teams
Attend Sales and Customer Service meetings – minute taking
Key skills needed for the position of Customer Service Administrator:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven Sales/Customer Service administration
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
