We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a fantastic company that prides itself on service and quality.

Key responsibilities as the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Process orders, contracts and quotation requests

  • Provide regular contact with key customers and clients regarding order status etc.

  • Maintain the company database with current information

  • Arrange distribution transport

  • Compliance with company policies

  • Prepare detailed reports and commission statements

  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service and Production teams

  • Confirm/book deliveries

  • Attend Sales and Customer Service meetings – minute taking

Key skills needed for the position of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven Sales/Customer Service administration
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
