Customer Service Administrator: An organised and personable Customer Service Administrator is required to support the team at a successful and growing company specialising in the delivery of tailored telecoms and IT solutions to a wide range of businesses large and small. The successful candidate will focus on four main areas; billing, provisioning, customer services and sales support.

Responsibilities:
*Answer the telephone and emails, deal with first-line queries
*Import call data records, correct all rejections and raise queries with suppliers
*Create and amend tariff information
*Produce and send bills accompanied by marketing material
*Liaise with carriers and suppliers to place orders for all voice and data products, use the supplier portals
*Record details and update the CRM and billing system
*Project-manage the provisioning, regularly updating customers by telephone and email
*Liaise with other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of all services
*Log support cases, internally and with external suppliers, update customers
*Assist the team with sales quotes and customer requests
*Up-sell products and services to existing and new customers

Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
*Telecoms industry experience (desirable)
*IT proficient including MS Office
*Experience of data entry and using a CRM
*Accurate with attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Ability to build strong business relationships
