Our client are looking for a customer service agent/administrator to join their team in Saffron Walden.

The ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and be able to pick things up quickly, including IT systems. Excellent telephone manner and good literate skills for emails are a necessity.

Main Duties Include:

  • Assisting office manager with day to day operations within the sales order processing office
  • Deal with and respond to emails
  • Take calls and messages and try to assist the caller
  • Sales order processing
  • Scanning and filing
  • First point of contact for calls to the department
