A well known business in Morecambe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator
Your new company
Your new business is a well known local employer who are growing their busy Customer Service team and who have two opportunities available to work as Customer Service Advisors.
Your new role
Your new role will involve full account administration and offering excellent customer service at every opportunity. You will take ownership of all incoming customer enquiries with a view to quick resolution and feedback any concerns or issues in a timely manner. You will build relationships with internal employees and all external customers and be confident in your approach to approve the business service at all times. There will also be an element of Account Management on some of the contracts with a focus on retention.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require experience in Customer Service roles and working in a fast paced industry environment. This is a challenging post that promises to keep you on your toes and a place where hard work and dedication is rewarded. You will need to be self motivated and have confidence in your abilities. You must be passionate about putting the customer first and be able to manage customer expectations at all times.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a starting salary of £17,000 Per Annum , excellent holiday entitlement, full induction training and a buddy in your first few weeks in the business. You will also benefit from free on site parking,
