We're excited to be recruiting for this vibrant, successful and fast growing technology company who is looking for an outstanding Customer Services Administrator to join their fantastic team in Watford.

To be considered, candidates must have a confident personality, excellent communication skills and a history of offering superior customer service to a variety of customers and suppliers. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Your role will be to:

- Provide first class service to all customers and suppliers
- Manage order processing, delivery schedules and tracking the progress of all orders
- Handle enquiries from a large number of varied customers
- Provide support to the sales and project management team as and when required
- Arrange couriers in the UK and internationally
- Deal with any sales enquiries such as faults and returns in a timely and sensitive manner

You will enjoy becoming a brand ambassador for the team, reflecting the company’s positive image. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, and experience in Sage line 50 would be desirable.
