Customer Service Administrator, Salary: Up to £20k working on a 1yr fixed term contract, Based: Cannock, Staffordshire
We require a Customer Service Administrator to work for a leading company within the construction industry who are part of a global group. The purpose of the role is to provide Customer Service and Administrative support to the business to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. Applicants will have previous experience of working in a similar Customer Service role where customer contact is regular and have strong admin skills, particularly working with Microsoft Word, Excel and databases. You will need to have a high level of drive, energy & initiative with a customer focus and a "can do" attitude.
- Respond to requests for product repairs & maintenance by efficiently and effectively resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction within the agreed company timescales, whilst recording them effectively in order to facilitate efficient reporting, monitoring and analysis.
- Efficiently & effectively handle & resolve customer complaints for all functions of the business within the agreed company timescales.
- General administration and other duties as instructed.
