Customer Service Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious customer service professional to join an exciting, family owned manufacturing business based in Stamford. Ideally candidates will have some experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

The role will be busy and change on a daily busy, however, typical responsibilities include:

- Being the first point of call for any customer queries, problems or assistance with processing orders.

- Assisting and supporting the sales and production teams to ensure all orders are met.

- Ensuring successful transport / delivery of orders - contacting and negotiating with hauliers and third-party suppliers.

Ideally you will have 2 - 3 years’ experience within a customer service environment, you will also have experience with both inbound and outbound calls.
