Customer Service Administrator

Great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in an Administrator/Customer services capacity. The ideal person will have minimum of one year's recent experience and have the ability to work under pressure.

The role involves

Calling customers and identifying any opportunities

Managing the process of registering and deregistering of clients

Support compliance

General management and administration of customers

Departmental administration (filing, scanning, etc.)

Weekly reporting on departmental progress and targets

Provide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures

Work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards and objectives

Work effectively with other departments within the Group to maintain excellent standards of Service

Maintain an excellent level of understanding and knowledge of products and servicesTake responsibility for own personal development in line with agreed performance objectives

Support colleagues and team members whilst working to help them to resolve any issues

Essential skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and clear telephone


A background in customer care/service environment, including handling email and phone


Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am - 5.00pm with 30

minutes for lunch (Fri)
