Customer Service Administrator

SF Group are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for a business in B62. This role is permanent and paying a generous salary of £20,000. Your role entails working as part of a very busy customer Services team. You would be expected to work with and support all areas of the business. Coordinating customer requirements to ensure all expectations are met. You will maintain and coordinate the internal sales for all beverage dispense equipment and services promoted to all distributors and non-strategic customers.

Key Activities:
The role is a varied one where the post holder would be required to carry out tasks including the following:

  • Processing of sales orders from enquiry to completion stage for both UK and export customers
  • Responsible for own customer base, providing a first class customer service
  • Inter-departmental liaison
  • Coordinate despatch/freight carriers
  • Preparation of all sales and export documentation
  • To provide sales administration to include credit notes, returns and internal forms
  • Attend meetings in line with customer and organisational needs
  • Maintenance of filing systems in accordance with quality systems and VAT requirements
  • Any other duties required to perform the function of the post as specified by the Customer Services Team Leader

Experience:

  • Proven knowledge and experience of best practices in customer service
  • Export experience an advantage however not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office based software
  • Experience of working within a busy office environment and meeting deadlines
