I am recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an excellent company based between Basingstoke & Reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a clear progression path into an Account Manager role.

You'll also be joining a fun & supportive team who help make this an excellent working environment.

Your duties will include:

- Handling customer queries & complaints
- Processing documentation
- Generating reports
- Processing engineers job sheets
- Processing invoices
- Various other duties

The skills you will need for this job are:
- A keen eye for detail
- Good communication
- Ideally 1 years plus office experience
- Be able to drive (due to location)
