Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in the Tunstall area of Stoke-on-Trent.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will need to have:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • IT literacy including Excel


  • Salary: £9.40ph
  • Working Hours of Customer ServiceAdministrator are 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
  • Location: Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent
  • Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Customer ServiceAdministrator:

  • The successful candidate would be required to deal with customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. They will also be required to enter data efficiently onto the in house system.
