Our very successful client in the construction industry has a new exciting opportunity for a new employee to come and join their expanding customer care department, in Staverton. You will pay a key role in making sure the customers are happy and the client delivers efficient service their customers expect.

Duties/ Responsibilities;
- Dealing with customer calls and emails
- Offering a first class customer service
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and clients, developing strong working relationships
- Producing and investigating invoice enquiries
- General administration

Candidate Attributes;
- Impressive communication skills
- Organisation
- Attention to detail with a conscientious approach
- Great telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential

Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9.00am-4.00pm

Salary - £17,500
