The VAT department are responsible for processing and delivering VAT and Flat Rate Scheme (FRS) applications on behalf of IN-SYNC clients.
The role of a VAT Support Executive is to liaise with both clients and HMRC via phone and email in order to handle enquiries, chase for outstanding information and provide general updates. General administration duties include processing payments, submitting online applications and maintaining compliant client records.
The role requires an individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative; excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure are vital. A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills are key.
We are looking for someone with a driven and enthusiastic approach to work, in addition to at least 1 years' experience in an admin and customer service position.
